Attendance Policy: Registration for the 2026 EMBC Conference is open to active EMBC Regular Members and registered Sponsors only. Attendees must be active members of EMBC at the time of conference in order to participate. If your membership status changes prior to the conference date, your registration will be cancelled.

Cancellation Policy 

Written notification is required for all cancellations and refunds. Registration cancellation requests received prior to August 21, 2026, will receive a full refund less a $100 administrative fee. Registrations and cancellations received on or after August 21, 2026 are not refundable.
